The FBI obtained a warrant to search emails related to the probe of Hillary Clinton's private server that were discovered on ex-congressman Anthony Weiner's laptop, law enforcement officials confirmed Sunday.

And she brought it on herself when she demanded that the FBI re-think its earlier (soft pedalled) determination/re-evaluation of the Clinton Emails.

Of course the dems will tell you this was a bad thing, and immoral and they would never do such a thing, except when it is in their interests. Go back to 1992, a few days before the election, when a dem prosecutor announced the indictment of Casper Wineberger, Daddy Bush's Defense Secretary. That news may have cost Bush's bid for re-election. The race was a tight one between him and Bill Clinton.
Actually she may have brought it upon herself when she decided upon a life of crime and political corruption.
