Denmark, home of Coppenhagen (the city, not the chew) has "for years" dealt unsuccessfully with speeders.
Now they have a new idea for drawing the attention of drivers to the speed limit.

Semi-nudity may not be the answer for YOUR neighborhood, but I guarantee you that if Corvallis, Oregon, chooses this approach to traffic control, it would be far more effective than Traffic Circles.
