Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has been ordered to pay $101 million in restitution to the victims of his crimes.
The payment is due "forthwith".
Penalty Phase in Boston Marathon Bombing Trial Set
The restitution order came down today from Judge George O'Toole, who heard the case in early 2015.
Tsarnaev faces the death penalty after a jury found him guilty and later sentenced him to death.
Is this money going to be made available from his Legal Defense Fund?
Any fines associated with the case have been waived.

Whose pipe dream is this; although, it is social justice.
Social Justice my aching ass. This is nothing but a tax dodge: when the condemned man fails to pay, anyone with an established claim may take the entire claim off their Income Tax. All this does then, is shift the burden of that large sum to the taxpayers. I pay taxes, and if I had a choice, I would have that restitution tossed.
